"Strapping Lasses" at Jenette Bras'

I had a fortunate opportunity to delve into the world of lingerie one evening at the Melrose boutique- Jenette Bras. That evening, the boutique was celebrating the arrival of lingerie by Marlies Dekkers. Dekkers’ lingerie is offered from B-cups and on and can be seen on the likes of Rhianna, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, etc. Jenette Bras is owned by Jenette Goldstein and features lingerie for the curvier figure and bust sizes “D” and up (with the exception of Dekkers). The “fashion show” was not your typical runway show; the models danced and posed in the storefront windows and on platforms, while guests sipped on some bubbly, munched on cupcakes, mingled and gawked at the models. There were fit specialists on hand to fit the guests in the proper size bra, if they so wished.
