Rent the Runway Pop-Up Shop

Rent the Runway is the hottest new online site that caters to renting out over 25,000 designer dresses and 4,000 accessories from over 150 different well-known designers, to those that maybe don’t have that celebrity budget. What’s even better is that when you place your order, you can add a second backup size for FREE! After launching a couple years back, they decided to open up their first-ever pop-up shop that took place pre-Valentine’s Day. It was held at the exclusive Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood and featured a showroom with several designer lines such as: Nicole Miller, Badgley-Mischka, Parker, Herve Leger, Trina Turk and more. There was also an open bar by Hypnotiq Harmonie, a beauty lounge where guests enjoyed complimentary make-up touch-ups and hair styling by the lovely folks at Lancome and Prive. Oh and I MUST mention the amazing sweets bar- mini frosted donuts and all (and those donuts were truly spectacular)! I met up with fellow bloggers, Tiara of The Dope Girl and Erica of Sweets and Hearts and we had the most wonderful Girls Night. I kept to the Valentine’s Day color palette and tried on dresses by Nicole Miller (which was by far my fave- the cut and fit were PERFECT), Parker and Herve Leger; had my mini make-over and had my picture taken by the step-n- repeat. It was such a nice surprise to be able to actually enjoy the online boutique briefly in person. To try on such high-end brands was like a dream come true!
