Odylyne Spring 2012 Trunk Show at Stylehaus

My first impression of Los Angeles-based brand- Odylyne, was during LAFW at Vibiana. I was in a vintage ball gown sitting on the floor right in front of the runway. It was a dirty job, but I couldn’t be happier of the pictures I shot. (Go here to see that aricle) Since then, I’ve kept in touch with Stephanie, the lovely designer and was glad that she was hosting a Spring 2012 trunk show at Stylehaus in LA. Though it took about two hours to arrive at the venue, I was excited to finally meet Stephanie. She was stunning and too sweet for words. I also ran into fellow bloggers: Melissa, Sasha, Kristen, Jessi Jae and Neekoh and we gabbed the night away. Along with viewing the Odylyne pieces, I got to check out Stylehaus, LA’s latest member’s-only upscale boutique to hit the Westside. Stylehaus is owned by Marina Monroe and features of the hottest brands and vintage clothing to hit Melrose Place. It boasted a few cozy sitting areas, as well as a changing room. There were several pieces from the Spring 2012 collection that made their appearance that evening, from ethereal tops to flowy dresses with ruffles and gold trim. I also couldn’t get enough of the silk pleated skirt and lace tiered skirt that could easily be paired with a splash of color from a blazer or top. This is definitely a brand not to be missed!
