Tutorial: Styling a Large Cowl Neck Sweater

I recently bought several pieces from the online thrift shop- ThredUP. One of these pieces was a cowl neck sweater with fringe from Michael Kors. Now, usually I mainly wear and gravitate towards vintage clothing, but when I saw this sweater, I thought I’d give it a try, because…fringe…

It’s actually a pretty great staple piece for chilly days, or in my case, when it dips below 70. The day when I decided to wear it, I found myself playing around with the cowl neck, and actually realized that there are so many ways to style it! I personally like the cold-shoulder, off-shoulder, and the hooded styles. The hooded style was something I just thought up at the last minute. I was like, ‘Hmmmm, maybe I can wear this as a hood, since the cowl was pretty long…and it actually worked! The fringe that hides my face is just fierce, like a lioness…haha! Who knew there’d be so many ways to style this simple sweater!
